Replace flooring

Apron front sink with faucet, disposal, and soap dispenser

Granite, marble, or quartz countertops

CUSTOM

Rearrange and expand kitchen

Change walls, doors, and windows

Appliances: built in refrigerator and freezer, cooktop or range, double oven, microwave, hood, dishwasher, additional appliances such as wine refrigerator or ice maker

Custom Cabinets – unlimited options in construction, materials, sizes, finishes, and design. Special order

Replace Flooring, heavy repairs from wall repair, etc.

Two or more sinks with faucets, disposals, and soap dispensers

Exotic granite, quartz, quartzite, concrete, metal, or sintered stone countertops

Partial relocation of plumbing fixtures, modify some walls

Fixtures – 1-2 sinks with faucets, toilet, 1-2 shower heads with hand shower, bathtub (possible upgrade to freestanding tub)

Accessories – multiple towel bars, paper holder, grab bars, various configurations of mirrors and/or medicine cabinets

Shower - multiple niches, custom bench, frameless glass shower enclosure

Tub – with tile apron or basic freestanding tub

Cabinets – Semi-custom all-in-one cabinetry with more options in finish and style

Flooring – natural stone, tile, or luxury vinyl tile with medium complexity pattern

Fixtures – 2 or more sinks with faucets, toilet, optional bidet, multiple shower heads or fixtures, addition of steam shower and/or sauna, tub

Accessories – multiple towel bars, paper holder, heated towel bars, various configurations of mirrors and/or lighted medicine cabinets

Shower - custom niches, custom floating bench, other shower options, frameless spot-resistant glass shower enclosure, barrier-free entry shower

Tub - with special features and tile/stone/quartz/etc. tub deck and apron or large freestanding tub, jetted tubs

Custom Cabinets – unlimited options in construction, sizing, materials, finishes, and design

Countertops – natural stone, quartz, marble; unlimited types of sink integration

Hang new light fixture in same locations using existing electrical, adding new shower downlight

SEMI-CUSTOM

Replace existing tub/shower combo or tiled stand-up shower conversion

Ceramic or Porcelain tile floor and shower surround

Upgraded plumbing fixtures and finishes

Mid-level all-in-one vanity cabinet selection; Hard surface counter top with integrated sink and vanity

Pre-fabricated shower or tub/shower door

Flooring – tile or LVP with medium complexity pattern

Hang new light fixture in same location, add light in shower

Fixtures remain in same location or relocated for new stand-up shower

CUSTOM

High end tiled tub/shower or stand-up shower conversion

Ceramic, Porcelain, or natural stone tile floor and shower surround; add heated flooring

Higher level plumbing fixtures and finish options. Can include relocation.

Custom countertops, sinks, cabinet selection. Semi-custom to custom cabinet selection

Custom frameless shower  or tub/shower door
